ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m Ondrej a chef with a lifelong passion for cooking. My career has taken me to various countries, including London, New Zealand, Denmark, and the Faroe Islands, where I’ve gained valuable experience and insights into diverse culinary traditions. In Prague, I’ve worked as a Head Chef in several renowned restaurants, which has allowed me to further develop my skills and creativity in the kitchen. Alongside my culinary work, I enjoy connecting with a wider audience through engaging cooking videos on social media, where I’ve built a supportive following. I also host the podcast Fidel Gastro, where I discuss various aspects of gastronomy, and I’ve appeared in two cooking TV shows, sharing my approach to food. A memorable moment in my career was competing in the Czech Bocuse d’Or finale. Traveling is a big part of my life, and I love exploring new cultures and flavors. Additionally, I’m a fan of Star Wars and enjoy music in my free time. I look forward to sharing my culinary journey with you!
